About Deniz Kaya

I am a consultant solicitor. I handle residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing and commercial leases personally, for clients wherever they are in England and Wales.

My experience

I have almost a decade of conveyancing experience, gained in a City firm, a medium-sized high street firm and a small family-run practice.

How I work

I deal with every matter personally. You deal with me from your first question to completion, not with a team or a different person at each stage.

I explain each stage in plain English, and I try to make things as clear and open as possible. My fees are fixed and published on the Fees page, and if any other cost arises, I tell you before it is incurred.

The service is fully online, including identity checks, so you can deal with your matter at a time that suits you. Documents are signed digitally, or by post where that is needed.

Beyond the law

I also have a background in digital marketing, and I run my own small e-commerce store. Running a business myself means I understand why clear answers and certainty about cost matter.

Its principal, Deniz Kaya, provides legal services through the solicitors firms FDR Law Limited and Woodstock Legal Services Limited, depending on the matter. Both firms are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. KAYA Law is a trading name of Deniz Kaya Ltd and is not itself regulated.
